A man has been charged with the shooting of Calvin Ogletree, the older brother of Cowboys receiver Kevin Ogletree, according to NBCNewYork.com (http://www.nbcnewyork.com/news/local/Ogletree-Brother-Shot-Queens-Arrest-170187246.html).

Lonnie Miller of of New York City was arraigned Monday and is being held without bail, according to The office of District Attorney Richard A. Brown.

That took awhile, but I'm glad to read the NY authorities finally charged somebody. The fact that he's being held w/o bail makes it seem like the law feels they have their man.

Hope this can bring some measure of peace to Kevin, to Calvin (of course) and to entire Ogletree family, even if it can never make things completely right. Now they've got to go through the whole trial process and, in the end, I hope justice prevails. Then maybe there can be some closure.
