Heard on WIP/94.1 FM about a hour ago that the Eagles will start another receiver in his place.

This is the second season in a row that the Eagles sat one of their key players when facing the cardinals

That's a big loss. He's their best and most consistent wideout.

Look like the Eagles would rather have him play against the Giants.

does not matter. They will kill Kolb.

Kolb may not have to do much because of the reasons below

1. Home game for cards

2. Defense is playing well and has only given up 2 TD's in the past 2 weeks

3. Vick is still turnover prone so don't let the wins fool you

No they wont. Cardinals D is really good.

And a good defense vs a Turnover Prone Offense on the road should mean a loss for the Beagles

Mardy Gilyard?? I'm hoping to see plenty of him. Maclin is their number one so that helps us greatly.

Isn't Jackson their #1?

YES so they probably want him to be close to 100% when they face the Giants next Sunday Night at home.

Jackson, technically is not their no 1. He's the deep threat, but Maclin's numbers and place in the offense dictates he's the primary option. Jackson's largely a one trick pony. Maclin does it all.

It's gonna be a close game. Cardinals can beat the Eagles. Their defense is vastly underrated. Best kept secret in the NFL.

I thought the Seahawks defense was the best kept secret in the NFL.

I don't know why the Cards don't get more credit. They need to improve at QB, but their defense is really good, and they're an all-day sucker for anyone they play.

That SEA defense is pretty good. It makes things easier when you've got a lock-down secondary.

Meh. Eagles still win in Arizona and go 3-0

Bmore. But I'm not sure I get the point. I'm not saying the Eagles are a pushover, only that AZ has a decent team and it's a mistake to count that game as a PHI victory before it's played.

They are also missing two starters on their O-line, the center Kelce being out for the season. The Giants get so much time to prepare for them that should be a good game, after AZ of course.
