I'm kind of hoping Brees doesn't throw a TD and Sean Payton went to the game for nothing. :D

Good luck - I already locked up my win so I really don't need anything from Sproles. Watch him break out now.

Terrible thursday and sunday night games this week, they had much better to choose from.
I'm kind of hoping Brees doesn't throw a TD and Sean Payton went to the game for nothing. :D
That made me laugh. That would be awesome.

That made me laugh. That would be awesome.
I can't even begin to describe how perfect it would be. I despise the entire Saints organization from players on up. Hell, I don't even like their water boys.

That record doesnt mean a thing. Drew needs to do it another 20 times for it to be equally impressive.

Anyone else feels annoyed by the "ooh" "aah" on every play Brees (or to this matter Payton, Brady, Aaron etc) does?
I mean this is too much and somehow disrespectful to other 10 players on the filed who bust their humbs doing their part of the play.....
Esp SNF crew...Al and Chris are really annoying...

Think about it this way folks.
As it stands right now, New Orleans will get Sean Payton back next year and the 1st pick in every round of the Draft.
Sleep well all.

Is it just me, or do Michaels and Collinsworth sound especially excited whenever the Saints make a good play?

One thing I like about Rivers..he smells trouble, hightails it out of the pocket to throw it away or just eats the sack
and as I say that he gets picked

I just want a Gates TD...and just as I say that, he gets OPI... booooooo!!!! :(

On a side note, the NFL prevented the Saints from showing Sean Payton on the jumbotron in the stadium...

A lot of teams have ambiguous home uniforms. I've seen the Saints, Dolphins, Redskins, Panthers, Bucs, Eagles, and Texans do it too. They just switch it week to week, sometimes due to hot weather if they're outside or just for the sake of it

I believe the Browns were the first team to wear white at home. They were doing so in the 50's and at least through the 70's. I don't remember when they stopped. They gave the same reason as the Cowboys have done -- so the fans could see the different team colors. However, it may well have been because their own color was so drab. It certainly wasn't to gain an advantage in the overwhelming heat of Cleveland winters.
