“Whoever this Matt Millen guy is (http://sportsradiointerviews.com/2012/10/16/nfl-patrick-willis-san-francisco-49ers-matt-millen-comments/), I’d like to ask him if he could do what we do every day and do what we do for 16 games a year and see if he can hold up every game,” Willis said, via SportsRadioInterviews.com. “I doubt he would. I doubt he would be able to consistently play at a high level as Bowman and I do. I really don’t care about what this guy has to say.”
:lmao2:

Uh, Patrick, Matt Millen won four Super Bowls playing the same position you play, even in the same city for a time, and he was one of the best linebackers in the league for many years.

So, yes, he could do what you do and hold up every game. Stupid idiot.

There was a time when players knew and appreciated the history and lore of the NFL. It was a privilege to be a part of it.

Now we have Colt McCoy and Ryan Tannehill, who don't even know what teams are in which conference or division (Tannehill guessed that Kansas City was in Dallas' division and McCoy didn't know what teams were in the Browns division).

To be fair, Willis probably only remembers him as a terrible GM.

To be fair, Willis probably only remembers him as a terrible GM.

His tenure with the Lions was enough to make most people forget he was ever a NFL player.
