Yes, any team can sign him off the Ravens practice squad and put him on their 53 man roster. At this point, he is still only potential. I don't think it is massive potential, either. Of course I didn't think he had massive potential coming out of Texas. I thought he was just okay. With Suggs gone to start this year Kindle had the opportunity to step up and at least contribute for the Ravens. He did nothing.

this guy is easily top 10 best high school players out of the state of texas EVER. he was a monster at Woodrow Wilson. unfortunately he's always had a 2cent head.
