It was a bug that affected only PM's being sent from me and Dale caused by the draft timer routine I wrote. Apparently I used a variable that vBulletin uses for storing user ignore lists.

The ironic thing about it was that I was ignoring PM's sent FROM me TO me :D :D

As Hostile stated, it has been fixed.
