Here is what ..I.. would do:
1. Take SM at 11
2. Take Clayton at 20
3. Trade 2nd for Howard
Here is what Bill/Jerry will do:
Bill likes old guys and thinks his RCVRs will be ok for next year. He will go all defense in the 1st 2 rounds with the possible exception of getting a OT or RCVR in the 2nd/3rd if they trade down and get extra picks. They will try and trade down both the 11 and the 20 picks - and may pull it off. They will for sure trade down at the #20 pick. Here is what I see happening:
1. Take SM at 11 (they will try and trade down 3-4 slots here, thinking that they can get SM, Spears, James or Ware at 15 or so and pick up a second or third. I wouldn't be surprised if this happens because they want to take an Olineman, LB, DE, WR and OT in the 1st 2/3 rounds so they need 5 high picks)
2. Trade down at 20 (7-15 slots), pick up another 2nd
3. With the old #20, they will take Castillo, probably in late 1st or early 2nd. They like Castillo.
4. With the existing 2nd, they will take the best LB on the board, probably Blackstock or McCoy
5. With the 2nd they picked up trading down, they will take a WR like Fred Gibson or Mathis OR more likely, they will pick the best OLineman on the board (like Kaczur)
