Technically speaking, everyone could have told you that they did not know that Griffin wouldnt start

I thought this was against league rules. Didnt a team get fined for this kind of tactic?
Edit; ok it was because the Ravens didnt list Ed Reed on the injury report

I heard talk before the season that many think cousins is actually better than RG3. He may not be flashy but he certainly could be capable of matching his production.

to even assume cousins is better than RGIII is a joke. No one has seen
cousins play more than a few snaps.
RGIII has a 104.2 qb rating as a rookie. 18 TD's and 4 INT's.
IDC what you say, or what your argument is, that is flat out impressive.
washington will lose tomorrow without him, mark it down.

ive never seen Cousins play so i cant really offer an opinion, just kinda thought from what ive been hearing is that Bob is Gods gift to football and we are all better people and closer to heavens gates just from watching him play...so for Cousins to be an upgrade must be truly a miracle from Gods own hand

Cousins is certainly not an upgrade. He's very talented, but he doesn't protect the ball as well as Griffin. I believe our only real advantage here is the Browns had very little film to prepare for with Cousins under center, and they had to have wasted some time this week preparing against RG3.

I'm a little excited to see Cousins play. Obviously I wanted RG3 back there at 100% but I want to see how Cousins looks starting a regular season game with a week of prep taking first team snaps.
No matter how good he looks it won't be any QB controversy (outside of some clown car like First Take). Unless he looks truly awful then I wouldn't be concerned, since he's a 4th round QB in his first start.
I can't imagine they'll ask the world of him, probably manage the game and lean on the running game.
The Browns are no joke but it's still a winnable game.

Go Browns! I think they would have won even if Griffin had been cleared to play.

I'd like to hold onto him for one more season. If he continues to impress in spot duty, he'll land us a better pick.

OPPS MISSED THAT ONE
I think Cousins will be in league longer than RGIII
I think he is better

Cousins did a really nice job today for the Skins.
There really isn't much else to say about that.

I'll admit I was quite nervous when he started out 1-6 4 yrds and 1 INT...(and pitching a hissy fit on that pass interference on Haden on Garcon. Haden got away with murder yesterday)

Cousins already earned his contract this year.
It seemed crazy when Washington drafted another QB in the same draft as RG3, and after ging up so much.
But you never really go wrong by taking the best player on your board...if, in fact, they are the BPA.
