I would have ran his *** over when he fell off the hood. Then backed up putting my rear tire on him, then power-breaked until I smeared his entire body all over the black top.
I can't believe the police only gave him two weak charges. That guy deserves to spend the next 15 years in prison. ...or in a hole six feet deep. Trash like that is a danger to society and shouldn't be allowed to live in society.

Why did the cops never show up is the question? He still had to go to the precinct. It was like a remake of the Road Warrior.

Because he didn't wait the required minimum of at least 20 minutes for a 911 response. :laugh2:

btw, this video is a fake What the defendant says.
Defendant needs time behind bars with inmates that do their own type of "tailgating", then spend the rest of his life explaining that day in every interview, etc.
Emotional intelligence gone moronic.

He'd be dead or severely injured if he did that to me. He's lucky the driver he assaulted was a nice guy.

Strange but true.
I was driving up the road yesterday - two lanes - at about 65 which was normal. A guy was in the right lane - went past him.
Then when enough room was open in front got back in lane.
He came up on me - and just stayed even with me for about 10 miles. Not trying to push me off road but block others from coming through. Whenever I slowed down he slowed down. When I sped up he sped up.
Strange. A lot of people behind were pissed off.
I finally slowed enough and got behind him and others passed by and he sped up.
Wierd. When I was even with him he did not justure or anything.

The perp should sue his victim for violating his right to privacy and filming his tantrum. Now the media is harassing him and it's causing him emotional trauma and financial loss. :D
On a more serious note, the perp can now update his resume/porfolio with an acting video. I'm sure Hollywood would be interested in having him as a stunt double. That's probably the only job he'll be eligible for once every business owner in Brisbane see's his ability to exercise self control.
