Lucky you. I've seen the trailers to The Longest Yard. He looks like he could still be playing. Tough break he had with the injury and Gailey.

Hey what's up fellas and ladies. It was awesome man he stayed for about 40 minutes. I took a pic with him on someone else's camera...........forgot mine(stupid me). I will post it as soon as i get it e-mailed to me.

He talked about the movie and how hard these guys worked. He also talked about his days at the U, and how he cried we he didnt get in the hall on the first ballot. While people at ESPN were offer condolences, he wanted to make sure steve young got his just due and gives him congrats on making it. He didnt want anyone feeling sorry for him.

Also he talked about how him and PRIMETIME would try to outdress each other, and of course the T.O situation. I'm sure we all know his stance on that issue. Mike supports T.O on trying to get as much as he can while his value is high. It was the typical hey an owner can cut you or ask you to take a paycut theory, but the player cant ask for more money.

After i got the pic i asked him about our chances. He seems to think as long as this T.O situation seems to linger, were in good shape, because unlike last offseason we made the right moves. He said marcellus wiley was garbage.lol....... i got a good laugh out of that. I didnt want to take up to much more of his time so we shook hands and i told him thanks for the memories, and good luck with your career. H e said god bless.

By the way T.O. was supposed to be on by cancelled after we had him confirmed 2 hours earlier. H e has one of his represenatives call.lol.....what a . We had been promoting it all week then he let us down. I laughed my butt of, because we have a few eagles fans that work their. I said that's typical another philly letdown you guys should be used to it by know. lol.

Again oncei get the pic i will share it with you guys, and hopefully i will post the audio on here so you guys can have a listen.......great day im very fortunate......

go cowboys!!!!!!!!!

Jeez. Another lame knock-off of The Ticket---1310 TCKT.

This is at least the 5th knockoff of The Ticket I have seen... complete with TicketChicks and everything.

They should have actively enfoced their trademark and tradedress to stop these kinds of brand dilution.

WG - no. They aren't owned by the same parent corporation.

The Ticket became the top rated sports station NATIONALLY five years or so ago, with The Hardline being the #1 rated sports show in the country.

Since then, there have been numerous knockoffs of The Ticket to try to replicate the success in different markets.

The Ticket didn't do anything to protect their trademark or trade dress intellectual property rights. If they wanted to, they have drawn up plans for future affiliates in other markets to protect the use of the trade dress there. Oddly, they didn't. "Copycat" stations popped up. Since The Ticket has no plans for expanding into these other markets, they couldn't argue brand confusion or dilution to protect their trade dress. Simply, what kind of economic loss could they argue for in Florida if they never planned going to Florida. Now if another DFW station did this, it would be lawsuit big time because the relevant market is the same.

Had I been in control at The Ticket, I would have argue that the internet allows nationwide broadcasting, so the trade dress could be violated in potential markets since The Ticket reaches every market via The Internet. But, since they have not been diligent in protecting their rights, they have waived them.

Sorry for going into dorky lawyer mode.

Thanks everyone.

Just one more thing i forgot to post. Irvin said Donovan Mcnabb was making a huge mistake talking about the T.O . contract squabble in public. He said when he and troy played they never discussed each other's contract situations, because they knew it was a buisness. He thought mcnabb was feeding to much into the media by saying he thought they could win the super bowl without T.O., he thought mcnabb should just hush up and let T.O handle his buisness. Irvin said its easy for mcnabb to talk because he's the 100 milion dollar man, and that players should never discuss others players contract situations thru the media.
