1st day back from vacation and given the blowup from Bryant I expected to see the ranting and raving of getting rid of the guy, good thing the Cowboys staff is not listening. No doubt about it Bryant needs to do some more growing up but it would be foolish at this stage to cut or release him.

I agree...I think he has too much potential to discard this soon (as long as he's willing to try and control himself).

I fully expect him to be on the team this year. But it looks like he's already used up 8 of his lives. One more and I'm sure he'll be history.

I agree he is on thin ice right now and another explosion like he had could be his undoing. I do think he has the potential to be an excellent WR and hopefully this cooling off period will force Bryant to look at himself and relize that only by performing will he get the spot light he so desires

Welcome back. :)

Thanks a lot. A week of golf in Myrtle Beach was just what the doctor ordered.

I highly recommend it for any avid golfers out there, or guys who love watching the girls walking down the beach.

I'm in the same boat, I go away for a one week vacation and when I get back I find out that our best young receiver got into an altercation with the head coach. I'm very glad the Cowboys are thinking with their heads on this one, the kid went over the top but he has reason to be frustrated. More importantly, though, he's under contract for two more years at ridiculously low numbers.

I agree now is not the time for knee jerk reactions. Of course if this situation continues then it becomes a different story

I am not so sure that Bryant isn't out of here. It will be very hard to keep him after that and will require a serious adjustment right from the get go and I just don't know if Antonio has it in him.

This is what Bill is paid for and I'm sure he will do what he feels is best and thus far there are no indications that Bryant will be cut at this time. I will agree the Bryant is walking on thin ice but maybe that is a good thing for him to relize. Bryant at least from what his agent is saying does not want to be traded and does want to remain on the team

I was only 20 miles north of you in Emerald Isle. Beautiful weather we had this past week, eh?

No I wish I had it looked like a great course. I played Blackmoor (Gary Player signature course), TPC Myrtle Beach (2 times) Actually played very well all week with a 75,77 and 76. Came back to Houston played yesterday and shot a 74

Legends is a great course, but you played at some great places too.
The last time at Legends, I had a shot at a birdie on the number one handicap. Listened to a very good golfing friend on the putt and missed it by half an inch, two putted for par. I couldn't stand the suspense so I put the ball where it originally landed and sank it. Coulda, shoulda...DIDN'T. Oh well, live and learn.
Glad you and Skaven had a great time in the Carolinas. Come visit more often.

I got to play for my 1st time in like 8 months two weekends ago

It is so sad because I can hit the ball long if I am not jerking my head up (slaps self bad keep head down)

To bad I have no short game

I am better of 170 from the pin then i am 40 yards from the pin

I been a 100 out taken a freakin pinch wedege and go 120 over the with it because I caught the stupid ball just right

So Dooms never take me with you I will shoot my 100 and slow you down but I always marvel people for one a shoot or two either a teeshot or a long iron shot espically if I get to use my trust 7 iron

Yes the eye candy at myrtle beach is awsome was stationed near by at age of 18 (Doing AIT Fort Jackson) in the summer of 1990

I took up golf at age 8 and now I'm in my mid 40's so I have had many years of practice to get where my game is today. As for playing golf with guys or gals who shoot much higher scores, it does not bother me or slow me down. I love the game because it is a self challenge so I tend to compete with myself and not worry what others around me are doing
