I believe in the whole "Trust in Bill" crap, but this is getting pretty gay. We only really had one "must have," and that's a running back. We had a dream scenario that anybody in the front office would have killed for. We dropped about 20 spaces and are gonna get stuck with a P.O.S. rb (Kevin Jones is not the right rb, and he'll probably get picked by Detroit anyway). For what? A P.O.S. corner that's nothing like Edwards? Oh let me guess, offensive line? We had one of the better offensive lines last year. There is so much pressure put on cornerbacks in our defensive system. We can't start Pete Hunter or a second round draft pick. is the point of having two first rounders next year and not having one this year?

This draft is reflecting the offseason, which SUCKS!!! Don't reply with this homer sh!t talking about how good a trade this is, and I don't want to hear a thing about June 1 because I heard enough of it in March. We've signed our last free agent. ALL WE NEEDED WAS A RUNNING BACK!!!! WE TRADED THE BEST ONE IN THE DRAFT AWAY!!!

If Ty Law doesn't have a star on his helmet, our defense will not nearly be the same. Our offense has done nothing to improve. So far, we have taken a step back to save cap room (even though we have among the most in the league) and a first round pick next year.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!

You are aware of the fact that Jackson had his knee scoped after the season right?

supertitan you are probably the only guy in america that thought we had one of the better o-lines last year. and we are more than just a runningback away even though i wanted jackson as much as you did.

Yes I am aware of his knee, but this is still the best running back in the draft! If the ONLY concern is a knee injury of a couple years ago, HOW CAN YOU PASS ON HIM!?!?!?!?!?

I don't think people realized how far we dropped!! TWENTY ONE SPOTS PEOPLE!!!

Next year we will have no running and no cornerback. We cannot start a second round cornerback with the way we put pressure on them in our defensive scheme. They're probably going to package the two second rounders to trade down to the third round now. Hey, we'll save some more cap room, now we might have eleven million instead of ten! *rolls eyes*

I agree, let's see who we get @ 43, but so far this will not help us this season.

I agree, this has really sucked. Against all odds a great RB fell to us and we let him slide. First Parcells lets Ross go and now we trade down 20 f'ing spots in a draft filled with great players to get a first round pick for next year. This move is almost as bad as Philly's trdaing their second to move up and get Andrews. We are not the Pats... we can't afford to let those types of players slide. Good teams draft good players that slide to them. Jackson at 22 would have been a HUGE pick. I can barely watch the rest of this crap!
