Ferguson not practicing today. On the bike. Ankle injury yesterday in practice according to ESPN 103.3. Had to bring in extra bikes from valley ranch. Dosen't sound too serious (my opinion).

I doubt it's anything too serious, but Jason Ferguson is not in pads and is riding the bike due to some kind of ankle injury from yesterday afternoon's practice...

They also said Parcells was considering a scrimmage-type morning practice.

Guess Glover will get some time at the first-team nose.

The fact he's on the bike is good...does it seem like we have a LOT of little injury's going on this year? Maybe it's like this every year, but just seem slike a lot to me right now.

I have no problems with little injuries, just don't want to see any big ones.

Seems like more injuries to our top 22-30 this year but nothing really serious.

Appendectomy, 4-5 week sprain MCL/Ankle, tweaked shoulder, etc, etc.

I have no problems with little injuries, just don't want to see any big ones.

I hope you are correct, however, Marcus Spears was on a bike the day after his injury and he is out 2-4 weeks. Fingers crossed here.....

If he's on the bike already, then it sounds like the kind of injury he'd play on if it happened during the season.

I remember a report from one of the beat writers last week concerning the condition of the practice field in Oxnard.

He mentioned that the field was not holding up very well. There were a lot of divets...and the guy writing the article was concerned that it might lead to ankle injuries.


And...it does seem like we have a lot of ankle injuries in camp this year.

Being fine is a relative term, and Parcells isnt exactly a straight shooter with the media.

Yeah, it doesn't seem serious, but we better amputate his leg before it gets worse to be on the safe side.
