Phenomenal pick! Few TEs can make that catch, much less LBers. The sack was impressive too in the sense he didn't get overexcitied and spaz out like we usually do whenever we get near a QB.

It's amazing how you all feel now after he shows what he can actually do and just think it's only the 2nd preseason game. What a difference having one game under your belt can do to someone.

If Ware can sustain that level of play through a season, he'll definitely be DROY.

If Ware can force 2 fumbles, get a pick, and a sack every half all year...

I'll marry him

God im so glad to see this, he's the reason i was so frickin excited about this preseason game, i can hardly sit still. whoooo

The guy played lights out. Catching up to Stevens to make that INT, amazing play.

I think he sent a message to the entire Rookie class that he is (barring injury) the DROY

He is bigger than what I thought. Aside from his #94, he physically does look like Haley the way he bursts on the outside in pursuit. I am impressed. He is a playmaker.

He is making the most of his opportunity. Props to the kid - maybe all of that hard work is starting to pay off.

He BETTER get some love from Tuna in his post-game PC!

It is the instincts that he showing that are particularly impressive. Even when he isn't making the play, he is getting close. Speed kills.

Fo real. He didn't quite lift Hutchinson on his sack, but Ware definitely knocked him out of his stance and drove him back toward the interior of the line. That's a 330+ lineman. Did the same to Pork Chop Womack.

The thing that got me excited was his play against the Seattle starters. Those guys weren't second and third string scrubs when he got the sack/fumble/fumble recovery and the interception. Those were just great athletic plays by Ware. When I watch preseason games I just hope to see flashes out of the rookies - those were lightning strikes.

Agreed. Ware is a demon out there. On the sack/ff/recovery, he was going up against a very good OT. This kid is amazing. If he keeps this up, DROY for sure. Damn, that was sweet.

LOL. It's one preseason game. Although I am optimistic as well, let me say this again: It's one preseason game.

Actually on the sack it appeared that the LT blocked inside and Hutchinson was supposed to pick up Ware from his LG position. But Ware faked an inside move and caused Hutchinson to try and change his momentum back to the inside, then just went right around him. But Hutchinson is a good LG.

Great night...but he virtually vanished in the 2nd half against the 2nd and 3rd team defense of the Seahawks. I'm not concerned, but I bet that's why Parcells didn't praise him in the post game press conference.

He did some great things in the first half...

Now, he's gotta learn a few more pass rush moves...the second half he simpy kept rushing to the outside...the tackle simply let him run himself out of the play....

But hey, for game two...wowza...

There seems to be a lot of depth on that defense...

Kalen Thorton was in there in the 2nd half a lot taking Ware's place.

I believe Ware was playing lots of DE in the 4th. Guarantee he was pretty tired after his monster 1st half!

He was playing DE, and he was also playing it on the opposite side at least part of the time.

I did note that K. Thorton got a lot of pressure on the QBs, as well, so there may be an issue with the blocking schemes that Seattle was using OR, hopefully, we've got two legitimate pass rushers, especially since Thorton is overcoming last year's injury and Ware is in just his 2d pro game.
