...didn't give up a sack the past 2 years. Won the award for outstanding OL in the Pac 10 last year, which was voted on by the starting DL in the Pac 10. 1st team all Pac-10 the past 2 years. Good pick!

If I'm not mistaken, Rodgers has never given up a sack in his college career or thats what I read.

Hey, if we needed a pass-blocking LT and not a run-blocking RT then Rodgers would be ideal. Too bad that's not the case. Oh yeah let's not forget his injury concerns either.

He can, but we paid him to be a pass blocking LT not to be a run blocking RT.
So naturally we can move him to RT but that just means we overpaid him tremendously for that position.

This is funny. I can see that you really don't know much about this player. First of all, this guy has never had a major injury. I personally think that his injuries were really due to conditioning more then anything. I think if you get him on a good program, you will see a better product on the field.
Secondly, what makes you think were drafting him to play RT? He may get his shot to play that position this year but I think your looking at a guy who will eventually be the LT with Adams moving to the right side. Look at what we've done over the past few years. We are not drafting for next season. We are drafting for the future. We are not going to win the Superbowl next year. We will however be in a good position to challenge in the next few years.
I think this will be a very good pick.

he'll go against Strahan twice a year. That makes a pass blocking right tackle a priority.
