I don't know about any of you out there, but sometimes I just sit back and think that our team is cursed on the offensive side of the ball. I swear just the other day I thought, We could find a way to make Peyton Manning look bad.
I know we're a player or two away from being a good offense, but sometimes I wonder. We haven't had a good consistent offense in 7 or 8 years. I can't remember the last time we got inside the 20 and I expected anything more than a FG attempt.
Just wondering if any of you have had this same thought. Things are starting to look up though.

I'm sick of all defense... I want 30 points per game!

Well, I like what we have at TE and RB. Awesome starters and solid depth. OL gets a little scary with 3 of our better starters being in the later part of their careers. We just have to hope some of these draft picks work out (Gurode, Peterman, Johnson, etc.). QB is a question mark (Romo & Henson need time) and AB didn't work out at WR, so I'm not sure what direction we will go in those areas.

Agreed and despite what many think, we need help at WR. We have average to good WR's. We need an upgrade or two there. Nobody fears our passing game - can you blame them?
IMO - we have a LONG way to go on offense. QB, WR's, OL help.
Thank God for Julius and Jason.
Where would we be without them? That's a scary though right there.

We had alot of holes to fill on this team - Parcells is building this team the correct way - starting with the DEFENSE. He will now start concentrating on the offense......PATIENCE! Rome was not built in one season!

I agree, we do have a long way to go... but OL is the top priority for me. I don't care who we have at RB, TE, QB, or WR... if that OL sucks nothing else will work and right now the OL is struggling to just be average.
I think bill's priority next year will be a big DT, a young good punishing OG, and a speedy WR.
Redskins, Bears, Ravens --- those are offensively cursed teams.
We're just average.
