- Money is he holding out for the highest bidder? or is he working JJ for more Bucks than offered?

- Bellichik is in his ear?

- Andy Reid is in his ear?

- JJ turned him off with his Jim Beam breath...

Feeling the situation out. The organization wants to know where Price thinks he fits. I suspect they told him the 3 spot is open and if any one of the starters (key-glenn) go down then hes starting alongside the other. Im also sure some money numbers were thrown out there. The 3 spot will not be handed to Price. He will have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt he can beat out Crayton.

I read earlier Price wants to be in a place he can play for during the next 4-5 years.

LTN said earier and I still believe it. Our ace in the hole is Bledsoe and the fact Price wants to be here in Dallas and is actually still in Dallas today.

No kidding. Why can't everything get worked out immediately all the time?

Might want to listen to the PC.

Parcells exact words were:

Don't read too much into this happening, it would be a mistake to be presumptuous.

So I ask you. With that statement. Where does it give you the idea the team does not/nor has an interest in signing him if numbers/role were worked out? :p:

I say we cut Keyshawn, make Price #2 and keep Morgan.

Reid would probably forfeit the games rather than face that lineup :laugh1:

It's not just that statement, although it does come pretty close to saying we aren't signing him.;)

Parcells emphasizes special teams, we sign Price we lose one maybe two good special team players in Copper and Crowder. Strike one.

Parcells says he wants to run it 35 times a game, we know Witten will get thrown to a lot, is that not really similar to the situation Price is leaving in Atlanta? Strike two.

Parcells has said several times this week that he does not plan to keep a player just as an insurance policy. The chief defense of signing Price is based on the old what if Key or Glenn get hurt. Well if he does not want to keep a player as insurance, is he going to sign a player for insurance? Strike three.

I trust Terry to not go down this entire season...........*sarcasm off*

If Price becomes a Cowboy, I bet he's starting opposite of Key by week 4. Meanwhile Terry will be demoted and if Crayton really is for real, could very well be battling him for that #3 spot. Which in Terry's injury-prone case, the 3 spot may be where he's of best use for this team. God-willing, rest between plays could stretch him out to that unimaginable 16 game year. Although, all bets off what happens to him if Crayton wipes the floor with his arse and just plain outright takes that 3 spot from him, which is not out of the question...this is still a young mans game. A young man's game and a game for those who can remain injury free. I doubt Glenn is starting for any other team without his papa bear Parcells to clear the lineup for him. The guy is good, not saying otherwise, but he's not dependable and will go down...or atleast a high 95% likelyhood that he will before a season's end.

Lastly, I laugh at the person who thinks Key should be demoted for Glenn/Price combo. Wait, in fact, I don't laugh, that's just plain dumb. Do you want to lose one of our top 3 offensive players and born ingame leader? I can't even imagine the headache that would cause in the lockerroom leading up until is ever dramatic (and you know it would be coming) exit. Key will not be #3 for us or anybody else. He'd retire if no team had a top 2 place for him.(Now I laugh) We aren't that deep at the position for him to be 3! Not many places are. Not many places, including here, that he wouldn't be #1 without question. He's still one of the very best in the game and possibly the very best at what he does particularily. Yea, lets play with fate and demote him out of the starting rotation.....

Wow - ok Ill take that bet. PM me the details. There is no way anyone knocks Terry out of the starting line up unless he is hurt. None! ZERO!

This guy is still whining about how "Theresita" showing up in Dallas, the "Scarecrow" who "throws his body all over the field like a ragdoll", is responsible for a deadly "domino effect", which resulted in the bag packing of his beloved AB.

Of course, Bryant himself said this town wasn't big enough for him and KEY, but so what? He blames everything over the past two years on Domino Terry, and I'm just surprised T hasn't been linked to the high price of gas. ;)

He pops in every now and again to pray for a rapid 'demotion' or coin a few new insulting names..I'm disappointed there are no new labels today. They sure beat the usual hate.

He's a riot. :laugh2:
