Ok, were all dissappointed(or most of us are) in what has transpired today. Noone could have projected that S. Jackson would be available at 22, and I was jumping for joy when he was. But we all know that Parcells knows what hes doing(look at the track record) so lets all just take a deep breath and relax for a mintue. Not saying its likely, but Julius Jones could be a better back next year than S. Jackson/K. Jones or C. Perry and come draft time barring a miracle, we could have at least 1 top 10 pick to play with ;)
Give it time, lets see how it plays out :p

Julius Jones will be all right this season, but he'll be a good player 3 years down the line when he starts to bulk up and gains experience.

We are not going to play bad at all, I think we're going to be pretty solid as a team.
My only questions are
1) How much better will our pass rush be with now being our other DE?
2) How is Hunter going to do in coverage?
I have a feeling offensively Quincy Carter is going to be better because he's in the same system for another year, he has a reliable receiver in Key. I predict AB to be a lot better possibly a starter. I think our running game and pass protection will be much better this season also. I have a feeling we'll suprise people offensively this season...
I wouldn't be shocked if we win the first round playoff game.

Seems to me they counting on getting an extra pick and hoping to land Perry or Bell when their turn came up. I thought they'd at least stick to their game plan and pick the BPA.
I need to go to the toilet...I've got some egg laying to doo-doo.

well jones will probaly have a better chance to get more yards this year then jackson will. the reason i say that is because jackson will be trying to get playing time behind marshall faulk. jackson did not look that thrilled to be going to the rams. of course it will not be hard for jones to get playing time with us since hambrick is the starter. i bet by the middle of the season jones will get the majority of the carries for us this year.
