Crayton is really turning out to be something special. Great hands, great balance, racks up the YAC. What a 7th round pick!

Dare I say we have the beginnings of the next generation of Emmitt and Irvin?

Yes, what a great young player he looks to be !!

We have a bunch of young players that look like they will be good.

What a great win !

Dallas traded its seventh-round pick (No. 206) to Tampa Bay for FB Darian Barnes and the Buccaneers’ seventh-round pick (No. 216). Tampa Bay selected Tennessee WR Mark Jones with the No. 206 pick. Dallas selected Northwest Oklahoma State WR Patrick Crayton with the No. 216 pick.

Trade or not, what a great draft pick.

I really didn't have any expectations for Crayton this year, but I'm blown away.

We need a big play and we went to Crayton. And he made it. Each time.

Catches everything and knows how to get open.

Yes, I do remember, and I am smiling ear to ear right now. I remember when we picked Patrick and some of our awesome members started posting some rather rough amateurish video of him throwing all kinds of TD passes and returning a Kickoff for a TD.

I kept thinking WOW - if only this kid could bring the same level of value to this team, as he has at tiny NW OK State!

This kid simply does not miss - he's a frickin' turbo charged Dyson!

I loved K-Mart, but Crayton has the potential to be an even more imposing receiver. I wouldn't quite say he's a Terrell Owens-like find, but certainly the best young WR we've produced in a long time.

Last 3 games for Crayton:

13 catches
201 yards
15.5 avg
2 TDs

Nice start to a career for a former QB. The amazing thing about him is how cleanly he catches the ball and gets into YAC - shades of Rice to some degree. I also like his field presence. He really does need to protect the ball better, though.

He's all that and a bag of chips. I can see I'm going to have to order another jersey.

Hopefully, after today and more of the same in the weeks ahead we will forget about A. Bryant.

He was the man Today. Picking up right where he left off last season when it comes to making big catches in the clutch.

Also like the fact that he used to be a quarterback. He knows how to read routes and can get open. Plus it wouldn't surprise me to see a couple of plays this year where he throws the ball.

Its going to be a fun season watching him mature.

Amazing. Everytime we went three wide, I just knew they'd go to Crayton and that he'd make the catch.

Mr. Reliable.
