I can't believe that somebody actually voted no. Stupidity fails to describe it. Atlanta wouldn't trade Michael Vick for Quincy Carter AND Roy Williams AND Terrance Newman, much less just Q himself.

I would trade Carter for a large pizza right now. Hell, breadsticks, I will trade his a$$ for cheesy breadsticks if I had to say yay or nay right this instance.

i support quincy.. but foreal you can't be so extremely biased that you decide to take a qb who has proven he might potential.. rather than a qb who has already shown how much talent he has.. plus knowing he has alot more potential if he stays in the pocket... that's just stupid

Of course, but, I wouldn't like it. Maybe its just me but I can't stand QB's who rush as much as their RB.

What a pointless poll. Might as well start one asking "Al Singleton for Derek Brooks?".

By the way, yes I'd trade Carter for Vick, but Vick would have to learn to PASS FIRST, RUN SECOND. No sense in having a playmaker like Vick if he can't last an entire season.

Williams leading with his head in your sig. Illegal hit.

Williams leading with his head in your sig. Illegal hit.

Nice sig.

Typical Philly fan to sing a FA's praises when he hasn't done squat for their team.

How many rings do you have again?

3 straight NFC Championship losses. You guys must be tying your nooses by now.

Good. You deserve every ounce of near-glory beset by loss that you get.

I thought that it was only for defenseless receivers.

That's a kickreturner, not a WR. There's nothing illegal about it.

In Rack's sig, Williams' hit starts with the returner's shoulder and carries on to his helmet.

That is as legal as it gets.

Terrell Owens will soon know this.

It only makes sense. Not necessarily to someone who hasn't played much football but to some one who has made very few tackles and the ignorant in general.

Anytime you tackle someone your head WILL come before your shoulders. That’s just the way human anatomy is.

Hence, unless you hit someone sideways or semi sideways then your head comes first.

Now it is most advisable that you move your head one way or another but the only way you would/should do this is because helmet is closer to your object/victim than your shoulder pads.

I think what Icarus is most afraid of is that one of his 'men' (and I use that word loosely) will suffer a similar fate.

Well at least he loves the Cowboys so much that he cares about what we think. I’ve never visited an Eagles bored.

Actually you're supposed to "See what you hit". Injuries occur (to the tackler) when they lower their head and hit with the top of their head. When your head is up (to where you can see what you hit) it bends your spinal cord (that's good), and on impact it will act as sort of a "Spring". If your head is forward (where you'll be hitting with the top of your head) then it keeps your spinal cord straight (that's bad), and when you hit there is no "Give". It's the same opposite as when you jump up and land on your heels with your knees straight (if you've ever done it it shoots a sharp pain up your back).
