(7:00 PM): Top 'Canes prospect charged...Miami CB Antrel Rolle, the Hurricanes' top prospect for the 2005 draft, has reportedly ben charged with a felony count of battery against a police officer. Rolle was also charged with misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Rolle has been released on bail.

Depends on how bad. That could just be bumping an officer and resisting arrest to hitting him. Still looks bad.

And it did say charged and not convicted. I know its Miami but until all the information comes out its probably a little early to 'officially' pass judgement on him and toss a noose over a tree branch.
