Props to Zim (I abuse him here but I'll give him his due when he's worthy) for the entire game except for the last 3 minutes.
We obviously shut down a pretty good and dangerous offense all day until that last few minutes. Why can we shut them down all day and then when it counts, let them slice us up like a thanksgiving turkey? Same thing happened against the Foreskins. And just like in the skins game, we let the other teams only real threat beat us. Moss was certainly the only WR that can make any plays for Wash. Shockey was about the only guy that was going to hurt us and we leave him open by 10 yards in the clutch. ?

We continue to go into a shell in prevent. Passive 4 man fronts with no pressure. Teams exploit the zones and torch us.

I could be wrong, but I think we got a lot of that pressure earlier in the game without blitzes. I just think the dline ran out of gas in the 4th. Don't put it on Zimmer, those same guys were getting to Eli for most of the game.

Ok, there is no reason the DL should have been tired. They had been substituting all day, and the Cowboys had the advantage in T.O.P. Gotta be able to suck it up at the end.

On a related note... we have to have the worst 4th and long D in the history of the NFL. Does anyone know the stats on 4th down this year? Glenn made that INT at the end of the SD game, but it has been down hill fom there (and I think SD converted a 4th and 15 on that drive).
