I am interested in seeing if Henson will be active. IF it is submitted before the finish of the Skins game, he won't be.

He's the emergency 3rd QB, he's never active but he can always play.

My understanding is he can only play if Bledsoe and Romo are both unable to play.

My understanding is he can only play if Bledsoe and Romo are both unable to play.Once the 4th quarter starts any of the 3 QBs can play. Until the 4th quarter if the 3rd string guy comes in the top 2 guys cannot play.
