I agree. 10 wins is a good year and our talent has improved. Unfortunately, we have no blue-chip youth at QB or WR. Our offense is going nowhere, especially with a conservative game plan that features the "play not to lose" strategy.

Why don't NFL owners look into the college ranks for up and coming coaches?I would love to find a young offensive-minded coach. Parcells or Ireland had a great draft last year, but I would like to see Parcells retire and be replaced with an aggressive/offensive minded coach. I do NOT want him replaced with some old rerun.
