Improvement OR Failure?

Your call. I say improvement. We were in every game, except the 2nd skins game. (Outcoached & our line sucks on that one.) But all in all we have a core. It just needs a leader to ignite it. We need a lot of leaders in one in every position group. EX: Dbs , O Line , D Line , Backs. Etc.

Didn't make the playoffs after 7-3, we are a complete failure.

a three-game improvement next year puts us at 12-4. heat on opposing QBs and a better secondary (when healthy).

i say improvement. just not a playoff team yet.
