Right!!!!!!!

We have the good QB under center, with a couple upgrades on the OL than Bledsoe will have time to hit everybody!!!!!!!! TO can make the big game changing plays(see the comeback vs. KC early this season) He would be just another added weapon that enhances our offense and cause defensive coordinators headaches.

Look at this.......Offensive weapons w/ TO

QB- Bledsoe
HB- Jones, Barber III
WR- TO, Glenn, Key, Crayton
TE- Witten, Campbell

OL- LA, Flo, Rivera, maybe Gurode (and a couple solid offseason FA pickups)

That is an offense that will get the job done and put up major points!!!!

Bledsoe will KILL defenses with T.O.!!! Cannot help but get excited at that thought of that lineup on the field at the same time....

Owens isn't even an option... How can people ignore what he's done to the last two teams he's been at?

And regrettably, Rivers might not be one either after he tore his labrum against Denver. That really stinks for anyone wanting to trade for Rivers -- which hopefully included us.

I know man, that is really an all-star lineup. I have been checking out some OL FA's for this offseason and if Jerry Jones is willing to fork out some cash, we could have ourselves a very strong O line!!!!!!

There is a ton of talented O linemen that i think we could use. It wil give Bledsoe more time and he could really spread that ball around. Also with a better o line.........we wouldnt have to use J Witten as an extra blocker. Basically that is like having 5 WR's out on the field!!!!!!!!

A couple top notch upgrades to this OL, and TO and our offense is set!!!!!
Without Witten helping to block it would look like this if we went 4 wide and put Witten out as a reciever instead of blocker!!!!!

QB=Bledsoe

WR & TE= TO, Glenn, Key, Crayton, Witten

Oh man Drew wouldnt know WHO to throw to:laugh2: !!!!!!!!!!!

Brees also thinks he may have rotator cuff issues, but that's not confirmed just yet.

Wasn't it Brees who tore his Labrum?

Rivers came in to replace him and IMO it is the last time Brees sees the field as a Charger.

I didn't realize Rivers got hurt. I don't think he was an option for Dallas anyway. I don't think Bill and Jerry are going to make a play for a young QB. I wish they would, but I don't see them doing it. I am not certain about Rivers. I really didn't think that much about him at NC State.

Yeah, I'm sure SD was thrilled with Rivers performance. Taking a sack in the endzone for a safety is always good for job security as a QB. Not to mention, 0 TDs and an interception. Watch out Brees, your job is in jeopardy.

Yes, I'm sorry, I meant to say Brees. The fear is that they'll now keep Rivers because they won't be sure about how Brees' recovery will come along.

I don't care if we had Jerry Rice in his prime, Randy Moss, and Terrell BLOwens, if we can't keep the other teams' defensive linemen away from Bledsoe it won't be any different then this year.

WR wasn't even CLOSE to being a problem for us this year anyway. What freakin' games have you people been watching? Our problems starts and ends on the OL. Period. Get us a quality RT and either a new Center or an improved Al Johnson and we'll be alright.

Research suggests that 50% of all Americans suffer from diahhrea. Does that mean that the other 50% who have it actually enjoy it?

Unless either guy can kick or block I have no interest in them. I would also add with the injury to Brees this past weekend the Chargers may not be in a hurry to trade Phillips away

You're kidding right. One has hall of fame talent and the other can't throw deep and can't run and was having trouble beating out Cleo Lemon.

Phillip Rivers was a product of the draft hype machine. I have never been that impressed with Rivers. Aside from his awkward release, he has no mobility and can't evade a pass rush. He jumped from a 3rd round pick early in the season to a top 5 pick by the time the draft came around. You do not want this guy.
