We picked all the bad ones and let the only one that had talent get away.

Ellis was not a bad one,,,he was a solid NFL end, but not a superstar.

Who was the one we let go with talent?

We picked all the bad ones and let the only one that had talent get away.We had no shot at Julius Peppers so we did not let him "get away." He was drafted before we picked.

He was drafted second in fact. We would have had to trade our entire draft just to get him. and Maybe the next years number one.

The talent at end is to be found at other NC schools this year. NC State and Appalachian State.

app st. has a couple of guys that dominated in the 1-aa championship. they're a little undersized, as usual for small schools, but quick as hell.
jason hunter and marques murrell (yes related) are there names, i have family members that graduated from app.

They also dominated in the semi-final game vs. Furman. Unstoppable.

Those two are directly responsible for App St's 1-AA title.

Interesting way to look at it. I would disagree with every word however.

Hunter is a senior, 6-4, 235, 101 tackles and 13 sacks. Sounds good to me.

they all have talent, Ekuban also went to North Carolina and has been playing good since he left here, and in the original post when he said we let the one with the talent get away i automatically thought of Jason Taylor for some reason, it seems like North Carolina only produces ends lol, with the exception of Dre' Bly. but of course there's a few other good ones(crumpler, saturday, Ronald Curry, Willie Parker)
