I believe espn also had us drafting Troy Williamson and David Pollack last year too, so I wouldn't be too worried.

I live here in Scottsdale and Hagan is very good, catches everything, has decent size.

I think both are very good WR and if by some chance Dallas did select either one I would not be upset by it.

Didn't Parcells say just a few weeks ago in a press conference that the one position he'd hesitate to draft in the first round is wide receiver?

We need a tackle. If Parcell's takes anyone else, I will be severely upset.

I say we probably will draft a LB to play along side James. I dont see us drafting OL in the first unless someone who shouldnt fall to us.
I would like to draft a WR or QB in the first but I say defense-LB and FS 1st 2 rounds unless we pickup FS in FA.
I dont know how much they will change the OL except maybe center. I know people say RT but the Rookie played 16 games and with a little work in the offseason on his footwork he will be better. I dont care what people say he did a good job for a 6th rd pick whose was overweight.

Parcells will NOT draft a WR in the first round...He said it a few weeks ago..

I want Ahmad Brooks (LB) OR Marcus Mcneil selected with the 18th pick!!

OL will get fixed after rd one......don't be surprised if BP and crew takes a great LB that fits big Bill if available, otherwise all bets are off......but, our OL is in shambles

Yep, OL or LB will be the pick.

BP in talking about the draft said he would not draft a WR high because he had seen too many busts.Said that was a specific position he wouldn't want to look at high in the draft.

Which side LT or RT? If RT you want another year with a rookie RT? That doesnt make sense. If he is a first rounder or a walk on he is going to get beat and beat badly. Remember it takes 3 years to get going for most players.
Rob didnt understand the speed of the game. Thats the first year learning. That and the playbook. He will get better in his 2nd year hopefully. He will watch film and see how guys were betting him and learn.
I just wish people would give some of these players a chance before throwing them to the curb. Tucker and Pettiti did a better job than most people gave them credit for when Flozel went down. Now we just complian on how we need new tackles .

Where do you guys think Lawson will go in this draft? He is very similar to Ware.

hagan reminds me a bit of crayton. if we were to draft a wr in the first it'd have to be santonio holmes. he is a real deal playmaker.

Hagen won't be too happy when he isn't catching many passes cause our QB is getting sacked every other play

I think the learning curve for a RT is greatly reduced when you START your pro career at 6'9", 330 llbs after having played a RT for 4 years in a big program. :D

Marcus McNeill anyone?

Man you couldn't have put that ANY better, Petiti sucks. McNeill is agile for a big man and moves his feet well. And we all know Jonathan Scott won't be there for us to draft.

NO. We need Brod Bunkley of FSU, a pass rushing dt to replace Glover. Our pass rush is still not good enough.

We will take best players available - excluding a few obvious area's.

Best DT, RT, LB, TE, FS in One

WR/ILB/CB in rounds 2 and 3 my guess.

Don't know about this one Kartr. He's a 3 Technique DT. If were going 34, I think you have to look at NT as opposed to 3. Ngata would be nice but I don't know that he will be there for us. Maybe Oshinowa or Watson in the later rounds. Something tells me that Robinson from Virginia might be on our radar.

I cant understan why petitti gets such a pass because he was a 6th round pick. I don't care where he was drafted, he shouldn't have been starting. Players picked in his slot aren't expected to make the team, so him playing was a surprise, but he played badly. Its not like he beat anyone out and played well as a 6th rounder. He was, for some strange reason, the only option and played like someone who had no business on the field. He should get better, but then he will be just terrible or bad, instead of awful. If he improves alot, he may even be slightly below average. I would love to have to eat these words, but I didn't see any flashes from him that would make me think he will be above average. Certainly not enough to affect the team's free agency or draft plans.

He was doing good when he was getting help once Flo went down it became much harder on him considering Tucker needed help as well. I do agree that Petitti was thrown into a very tough situation and all we can hope for is that he can learn and become a better player. I do recall seeing Mark Tuinie getting beat constantly but once the light came on and he had a better grasp of the position he turned out to be a darn good player for us. I do think Dallas should and will look to upgrade the Tackle spot and I would hope Petitti will get a chance to compete for the job.

We need a tackle, but it doesn't have to be through the draft. I'd prefer a veteran. I don't want to have to go through the rookie growing pains while watching Bledsoe get the crap knocked out of him every week for another year.

1st of all, he wasn't overweight.

2nd of all, I don't want to hear that "for a 6th round pick" crap. I want a guy to do a good job PERIOD. Drew Bledsoe isn't thinking about what round Petitti was drafted in when he's picking himself up off the turf.

if we go defense in the 1st round we might consider punting on every down to keep the defense on the field.

I'll be upset if we only narrow in on one position and possibly disregard better players.

No doubt we need major OL help, but I don't want to just zero in on that. Hopefully we'll shore alot of that up in FA.

move Burnett inside next to James, and draft Manny Lawson to pair with Ware
