I'm sure he would love to, but I thought he sucked. Our offense never ran as good as it did under Turner for various reasons.

I think the offense never exceled under Zampeze. I would look for a younger offensive mind.

I guess you are talking about the 1997 season? :confused:

Ernie was OC from 94-97.

I think he did a helluva job.

Ernie was OC from 94-97.

I think he did a helluva job.Ernie did a good job except that he had gotten to conservative and too predictable in his advancing years. He did not call the plays the same way here that he did with Jim Everett and the Rams in his Hey Day.
