He stated something like with Jimmy Johnson that he signed a longer contract since he was 46 when he came to the cowboys in 89. Yet, it was different with Parcells because he is older and you dont know how long he is going to want to coach, so the circumstances are different.

Jerry said, that he did feel maybe the next QB is on the team now, maybe its Romo or even Henson. Said, that he feels Henson is as good as any QB since he has mobility, strength, passing arm, etc, all he needs is experience, thats why they sent him to NFL europe.

Was asked about if right to not let Soparano go to N.O., Jerry said this day and time, its right to keep your good coaches, and to go further with them. That Soparano was a good TE's coach when he came to the cowboys, and he did real well (i didnt think he did, but jerry said, so) and they have high praise for him.

Talked about if the coaches fell down on not getting a good kicker, Jerry said, it wasnt that, just need to get right quality kicker.
