I dont think we will be interested. If there is a supplemental draft, I would rather have Clarett for a 4th or 5th. With many teams addressing their RB needs I think we can get Clarett for a late round draft pick.

Another question is, when will we know if Clarett is allowed in the supplemental draft?

I don't think we can choose which pick we use. If pick someone in the 1st rd we lose our 1st.......I think

The appellate court issued a stay denying Clarett’s right to be in the draft, but did not issue a decision yet. The Supreme Court refused to overturn the stay.

After the appellate court issues their actual decision, then either the NFL or Clarett is allowed to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court.

Only if the NFL loses the case will Clarett and Williams be eligible the supplemental draft.
