What would you do?

If the Cowboys for some reason, (Heaven forbid) moved to a different city, or got disbanded?

I'm asking this because one my friends asked me that and I would probably have no reason for living. lol

I think I would still watch the NFL just because I love football. But I would never root for a team with the same passion as I do the Cowboys.

if they moved...as long as they stayed in Texas, kept the name Cowboys,
and kept the uniforms I would stay a fan. i would have no problem
rooting for the Dime Box Cowboys or the Cut-n-Shoot Cowboys or the
Whatever Weird Texas City Name Cowboys.
if they moved to another state/ country/ or planet and kept everything else the same i would stay a fan.
if they disbanded i would stay a fan because you can't away take my memories.
now..if they move, change the name, change the uniforms, lose the star,
and turn their backs on the history of the Dallas Cowboys..i would have to
hunt somebody down.

As long as they are in the Dallas area and are named the Dallas Cowboys, I'm fine with that.

And I've never been to Dallas or Texas for that matter. I just don't think it would be right to move the team. If they ever did, goodbye NFL.

yea, I dont think I could watch the cowboys in another color, city and state. Man, I dont knwo what I would do. It would be wierd to lose a team. I have never been a fan of a team that move, contracted or folded (san antonio gunslingers dont count - that was USFL).

Man, thats a good question, I dont have any idea what I would do, but woudl probably stop watching football. I doubt I could get behind another dallas team, unless they won the SUperbowl their first year here and every year after that.

Life is full of change, and often those changes are unwanted. Losing the Cowboys wouldn't mean I would starve, or not get up the next morning. I would still love my wife and my family. But my life would would lose some of its passion and richness for a while. I hope that doesn't make me some kind of nut, but that's how I think I would feel.

Heck, I would be saddened if the skins or iggles went away. I would rather beat them senseless than have 'em disappear.

That would be enough to push me over to the NCAA football game as my favorite. I'm a football fan first, Cowboys fan 2nd (OSU and Dallas) so I couldn't/wouldn't stop watching entirely, but it wouldn't be what I planned my week around.

You would not get up the next morning because there would be no next morning. The world cease to exist as we know it. The Cowboys are that important.

Well, I would certainly have to change a lot of things around my house!!:eek:
