If this thing falls through, how bad would it be for us? I know it would basically kill the skins, but how about us compared to other teams out there?

It's been about a day or two. Yeah, just about time for another cap question.

Jerry Jones was on the NFL Network earlier. He said we are about $12 mill. under without a new CBA.

So we are in better shape than most teams without the CBA. The sucky part would be a delay in free agency. That would drive me nuts to wait another month for NFL things to happen.

Damn we are in good shape, $12 m under w/out the CBA, thats str8. I think we can sign some product players in FA if the CBA doesnt even get done. Lets hope it doesnt, the Skins would be in horrible shape!!!!

Part of me is glad this has happened...
The Redskins may not dodge the bullet..
I am curious to see this player releasing frenzy , I would think this may help teams like us that are comfortably under the cap. If nothing more it will give more choices and maybe even bargains , then again player might only want to commit to one year deals knowing there may not be a cap the next year...
Be real nice to see after all these players are released and we have had time to shop, then for a deal to be reached..
