I missed him run at the combines and have been looking all over for Slay's 40 time.

What did he run and how did he look in his drills?

I went to a Texas Tech Messageboard to see if someone had posted it. Someone said Jay Glazor was on Fox Southwest Sports Report and said Slay ran a 4.9, and that scouts are very disappointed. He may not even be drafted now. (Hello Ernest Shazor). But I haven't seen any confirmation on that anywhere.

we will find out on his pro-day. i have read 4.8 but, i have to believe he can run faster than that

I've seen 4.8 also but its usually an estimate.

To his credit though he does look like a player who plays much faster than his 40 times.
