Alex Marvez, of the Sun-Sentinel, reports free agent LB LaVar Arrington (Redskins) has drawn interest from 14 teams, according to agent Carl Poston.

I would love to see him in Dallas CBZ, but I figure the Linebacker starved Giants or Eagles overpay for a very good player with a very thick head.

I could see how a 3-4 team would pay a good bit for him... but I just can't figure out why a 4-3 team would break the bank for an OLB. Those guys are just run and chase players and you don't have to spend a lot to find a good one of those.

I would love to see him as well......With the Poston's being his agent I doubt it happens.

Yeah CBZ thats a bad receipe for sure. Add in the fact that Bill is yet to go out and pay to either get, or keep, a linebacker and one has to figure that none of the big names will be coming here, including the guy I really want and thats Bart Scott.

Bart Scott is certainly not a big name LB. I think he fits the mold of the kind of guy we would brnig in

Hey hokie I think your right in every regard except I think hes gonna get a pretty good chunk of change on the market. I dont think Bill will come off the money for a Free Agent and that is the only meaning I had behind adding Scott into that post. I hope Im wrong, but I think the price will be wrong for Bill on Bart, but as for me Id pay him high level dollars because hes young, got the right measurables, and he is an aggressive playmaker that would help in the run defense.
