I wonder what the first clue that we weren't signing Mawae was?

Don't freak out folks...Big Al and Gurode will be fine.

We need to worry about more OG's and OT's that can hold off darn good DE's with ALL of our division rivals.

old linemen is not the answer, we need to draft younger OL

Yup you are right, I admit I wanted Mawae. I based this on the tutoring he would have been able to give our young C's for a year. This would have helped Johnson is particular, as Johnson and Mawae supposedly have similar playing styles (as per draft ratings).

Once we re-signed Gurode, AND signed another Guard in Kosier, Mawae's chances of coming here became pretty slim.

I read this as Gurode having a serious shot at Center next year.

In related news, I still want Fabini.

Mawae's in the sunset of his career. No reason to add to an aging line.

Mawae, Bentley off market - the Center saga is over.
Al Jonson starts again and Gurode fights for a job.

Mike Williams off market. Runyon an option at RT. Doesn't appear much changed on Oline so far. We have a Fosier.

How are the Titans signing anybody? I thought they were 20 mill over the cap. Oh, thats right. This is like baseball. Just go over the cap by as much as you want to. No consequences.
