i can't remember what team was trying to get him.

He's a RFA and Cinci tendered him. He signed a 4-year, $6.4 million offer sheet with the Texans and the Bengals haven't decided if they'll match it yet or not. I do believe that they are expected to match it however.

He is the Bengals' #2/#3 receiver. He's got good size and speed, been in the league 3 years out of Eastern Michigan. He hasn't done a whole lot yet but he's got potential.
