I'm interested in Boulware but yeah Brooks is garbage. I wonder if the Jets are that desperate for a QB that they sign him, LOL

Can someone fill me in on Boulware. I know not to long ago he was a terror, then 2 years ago he was injured.
He played 15 games last year, but had like 5 tackles or something silly like that.
Was he still hurt, benched, or what?

Boulware would be a good signing for a one or two year deal. Gives Burnett plenty of time to heal and put the necessary weight on to play the outside spot.

boulware wasn't so good last year. he had 9 total tackles. that make 9 tackles in 2 years.

If Boulware is healthy I'd give him a look but someone else can have Brooks.

He didn't play in 2004 because of knee surgery.

I'd like to echo the "Brooks is garbage" sentiment. I wouldn't even let him be a waterboy.

Gimme Boulware ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!
9 yr pro........32 yrs old, turns 33 on DEC.18
The kid was a freak before his injury. Look at these stats!!!!

-1998=61 tackles, 8.5 sacks
-1999=37 tackles, 10 sacks
-2000=38 tackles, 7 sacks

He was injured in 2004 and did not play. Last year he came back and played in 15 games, but had 9 total tackles.
Does anyone know why?
Benched, still injured, or what?

I'd take Boulware's 9 tackles and Brooks inconsistent play over the cancer called T.O.

BTW another FA bites the dust, Walt Harris signs with the 49'ers. Man we should have signed him. (sarcasm off)

Brooks: Looks like Warren Moon one game, QC for the next 5.
Way too inconsistent to coexist w/ BP.
Kid does have some talent tho. He should ask his agent to give Detroit a call. His arm might be a good match w/ their core of young and promising receivers.
