When was the last time we traded up in the 1st round and for who?

When was the last time we traded up in the 1st round and for who?I could be wrong but the last time for the 1st round would be 1991. We traded up to the overall #1 spot, hoping to get Rocket Ismail. He decided to go to Canada, so we took Russell Maryland instead.

I believe that we traded up to get David Lafleur in 1997. We swapped picks with the Eagles ( believe it or not). I don't know what we gave up, but it was a reach.

We traded up a few spots in 1999 with Seattle to ensure we nabbed our next great defensive end, Ebenezer Ekuban.
