I know they switched over from real player to windows media, and the live broadcasts I can usually get, but the replays always give me a prompt saying "windows can not play this file at this time". Anyone else experiecning this, if so how do I fix it?

I have had problems with the live ones when using firefox. I have to use explorer for those. I did download a windows codec (wmpcdcs8.exe), which may help you.
I also can't use firefox to get java chat or java nfle tracker. Have to use explorer.

I apprecitae your response, I use explorer to the best of my knowledge, but you are talking way over my head. Is this codec something I actually download from windows?

I'm not sure it will help or not but here's the link:

You may also check to make sure your running the most recent version of media player. I have windows98se and use mediaplayer9, but those with the new versions of windows can use mediaplayer10
