With Leinart and Cutler dropping and the Whitner mega-reach, things are looking slightly less risky now.

Yes, let's hope so- about the risky part.

Now someone needs to take Greenway before our pick. Let the players fall!!!!

Yep,,some good OLB still there. I hate it that Eagles may get their man by standing pat. Stupid Lions and Bills.

with CLE, BAL, and PHI coming up there should be some DT's droppping off the board now.

If CLE goes NT, we'll be in business.

Was just saying same thing to a friend. Hope it is DT.

sorry, don,t agree1 the only player taken out of order has been whitner!, but not someone i think we would have gone for! we should stand at #18 and get the best lb available!

We need to know what Denver gave up to move up, if it was 15 STL is likely to go with Greenway.

The fact that two teams that were not as likely to take them took them, means other players slid. The order is not as important as different needs getting met.

Exactly. Cle going NT also helps. The draft is falling into our laps. :D :D :D

Bunkley not going to CLE and them taking Wimbley hurt, some.

PHI, STl, MIA and MIN can all go LB our draft strategy is officially on the clock.

Eagles will take Bunkley. That hurts too.

Winston Justice or Chad Jackson would be great picks at 18

Wimbley over Bunkley....WOW!

I liked Wimbley a lot, but I didn't think he would get drafted ahead of his teammate.

This draft is gettin crazy!

Yeah, just got a bit crazier with St. Louis picking Hill.

MIN takes Greenway and we have our choice of Lawson or Carpenter, anyone getting flashbacks to 2004?

Minny could also go WR. I would love to trade down at this point.

This is looking VERY good for us right now.

With Whitner, Hill, and Allen pushing other players down for us!

Possible trade partners? NE? KC?

blindzebra
04-29-2006, 01:49 PM
Will KC want to deal?

18 for 20 and their 4th?

We can drop 2 spots and still get one of the two OLBs.

There were rumors NE was in love with Carpenter.
