I was going to post the exact same thing. In my total dream world (where elves and leprachauns also exist), you'd have Parcells take a step back as a consultant/football operations guy/GM for one year after this season with Weiss coming on board as coach.

Ego wise and control freak issues would probably prevent this, but this way Bill could stay involved but not have to work 18 hours every day during most of the year.

Like I said, dream world.

Wonder if the Boy's organization talked to Weiss about possible future coaching opportunities.
