You can arguably say that for the first half of the 05-06 season, the Cowboys and Giants were the best teams, and for the second half of the season and the playoffs the Redskins were the best team.
All of the teams have made moves to address their needs via free agency and the draft. I believe that keeping the QB healthy is paramount, particularly for the Giants, Redskins, and Cowboys. The Eagles have Jeff Garcia as a backup, which in my opinion is the best backup to have in the division by far.
Establishing a running game and protecting the QB will be crucial as the season wears on...injuries to the offensive line will hurt any of the NFC East teams since continuity in blocking and rhythm will be adversely affected.
PS. I think Bunkley was selected in the first round...the Eagles moved up in the second round to get Justice.

I think all the teams have done a good job addressing their needs but some players will take time before they are really ready (read rookies)
You can make a case for each of the teams finishing first or last in the division...
should be alot of fun
