PFT is reporting Henry is being sought by police for unlawful acts with a minor (verified by Cincy news stations).
What is up with this guy? So very very stupid.
From PFT below
NEW WARRANT ISSUED FOR CHRIS HENRY
On Tuesday, we said that we'd continue to focus on the recovery of Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident unless Chris Henry or A.J. Nicholson or Sean Taylor or Marcus Vick kill someone within the next 48 hours.
We have a winner. Sort of.
WCPO-TV reports that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Bengals receiver Chris Henry, and that he is wanted for three counts of "unlawful transaction with a minor."
Unless Henry is alleged to have scammed a 9-year-old out of his Pokemon card collection, this thing sounds bad.
Stay tuned.

I hope this is a joke for Chris Henry's sake. I can't imagine what the reaction in the locker room would be like for:
1. Stealing from a 9-year old.
2. Actually wanting Pokeman trading cards.

As far as Chris Henry goes I believe a quote from Jermaine Wiggins on another subject from last week's "NFL Total Access" applies:
"a tiger doesn't usually change his spots".

Besides those allegations, what has Chad done off the field? LOL, after seeing his "In Their Own Words" (the best one, if not the funniest), I wish he was a Cowboy. Great talent, great personality.
He seems to have found a way for (allegedly) committing just about every crime in the book.

Thought it occurred during the reg season. That said, according to reports, he was yelling at the WR coach about not getting balls thrown his way. And in the middle of his tantrum, I believe his arm hit the coach. But that in no way did he hit Marvin Lewis or the WR coach intentionally.
That is at least the spin that was tossed out later. So while it may have been a distraction, I don't find that it adds up to Henry's multiple transgressions.

My issue is that other players came out and said stuff like "we don't need that ^&%#$% during a playoff game"
That tells me that he's got at least of few guys on the team sick of his act.

That tells me that he's got at least of few guys on the team sick of his act.I don't recall reading any player comments about the situation. However, I don't doubt that some may be tired of his act. But it still doesn't add up to Henry's issues, IMO.
On the one hand, you've got Player A, who's a distraction on the field, because he wants to win, he thinks he can help do it, and he's got the talent to do it.
On the other hand, you've got Player B, who's underachieved on the field, partly because of injury and partly because of skill, and the only records he seems to be achieving is the guiness book of world record for how many arrest warrants he can obtain in a single offseason.
The two don't compare. Johnson may be a headache every now and then, but he's not a criminal.

NEW WARRANT ISSUED FOR CHRIS HENRY

WCPO-TV reports that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Bengals receiver Chris Henry (http://www.wcpo.com/news/2006/local/06/14/henry.html), and that he is wanted for three counts of "unlawful transaction with a minor."
Per WKRC-TV, the charges arise from allegations that Henry provided alcohol to three underage females (http://www.wkrc.com/breaking/story.aspx?content_id=97FFF030-7C3A-4055-A46B-0AAF01926493). The incident occurred at a party at a Covington, Kentucky hotel in April.
After the "party," one of the girls claimed that Henry had raped her. No rape charges were filed against Henry, but the girl ultimately was charged with falsely reporting an incident. She has since been arrested for prostitution.
Meanwhile, Dan Patrick of ESPN Radio mentioned the arrest on the air at approximately 2:50 p.m. during a segment with ESPN colleague Michael Irvin -- and Irvin in response promised to "reach out" to the troubled wideout.
Praise the Lord! Reverend Irvin is gonna be savin' some souls!
Irvin also promised to get himself some Emmys in his post-football TV career. We think he's got a better chance of turning Chris Henry into a choir boy.

No doubt there. Johnson has shown something on the field so you can put up with some BS.
Henry has done nothing and should be cut.

Chris Henry Surrenders

An arrest warrant for Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry has been issued by Kenton County, and Henry has complied by turning himself in. It is the latest in a series of legal problems Henry has faced.
Henry is charged with three counts of an unlawful transaction with a minor. Alcoholic beverages bought by Henry were consumed by three women who are under 21 years old, Covington Police say.
The warrant stems from a party at the Covington Courtyard in late April. After that party, a woman claimed Henry had raped her. Henry was never charged. Now, that woman, Monica Beamon, 18, has been charged with falsely reporting an incident. Ten days after Beamon made the allegation against Henry, she was arrested on a prostitution charge in Covington.
In Orlando, Florida, Henry faces gun charges for an incident in January.
Henry pleaded guilty to a marijuana charge in Covington in March.
