I'm looking to buy an investment property in Plano, Texas. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what the average rent price for a 3 bedroom home is and also what it is for a 2 bedroom townhouse/condo. And also how is the market in Texas to buy, are prices rising fast or are they leveled out, like out here in California and and if there is a better city that is recommended to buy in instead of Plano. And does anyone know a good real estate agent that they would be willing to recommend. Thanks
