I might be in the minority on this, but MLB needs some sort of instant replay system. I have watched way to many games throughout a season and a questionable call is made.

I mainly bring this up because the Rangers have gotten screwed on 2 calls the past 2 days.
The Teixaira walf-off "foul" ball
And today on a sliding Michael Young into home plate. He was clearly safe, but unfortunatly called out.

Something needs to be done, IMO.

Are you the CowboyEric who went to TOs camp... I'm assuming so. Did I read you're from Nazareth?? My cousin and her husband just moved there. I believe he's gonna be coaching at the high school.

I dunno, you take a boring game to watch (to me) and add instant replay, making it even longer, and then I will miss football games during baseball season. Don't like that at all. :)

I agree with Funxva Baseball is boring as hell, i don't think i've ever watched a whole game on tv.

i don't think MLB will ever go to instant replay. it'll take away from the umpires discretion, which will take away from the game, such as a varied strike zone. i don't think it would be a good idea for MLB to go to instant replay, even though some calls over the past few years have been blown in big spots costing some teams titles and momentum in crucial playoff series.
