On the local radio station, "Doc" Walker was talking about how much of a beast he thinks DeWare is going to be and mentioned that a lot of media has them at 8-8, not doing much this year. But he said, the Boys are going to be the surprise team this year.
So get yo popcorn ready, it's gonna be a show!
I'm sure most of you don't care what "Doc" Walker has to say about the Boys, but figured maybe some of you would like to know, considering all we ever hear about, here in Virginia, is how the Skins are going to the Show this season. Well, we hear that EVERY season. :)

I'm so tired of predictions, polls and power rankings right now good, bad, or indifferent, I could puke.
Bring on the season.

8-8? Even if we are hit hard by injury that should be the bare minimum.
I really see us as a 12-4 type of team, regardless of the schedule.:starspin

I don't think it will "surprise" anyone.
At least noone who;s been paying attention.

'Doc' Walker has always given the Cowboys there "props", when they have had good teams heading into the season. He is a homer, but heck, he played for the 'Skins so his committment to them is to be expected.

You still listen to WTEM? I just knew that little weasel Bram Weinstein would defect to Snyder's station.

Very surprising coming from Rick Walker. He is the ultimate skins homer. Was this on the John Thompson show?

Nonetheless, this is a major surprise for anyone who lives here, to hear anything positive about Dallas. Even the guys on 980 Sports Talk are giving Dallas Props this year.

Pretty good show. I like Rick, Smok'n Al and Coach. Its a funny show. Coach Thompson doesn't know a thing about football.

His "Joe the Fan" schtick is a little tired, but I like the show. I don't think he was on today, just a bunch of guest hosts. Am I right?

I think Doc meant by most media outlets, as being most Redskin media outlets

Yeah, John Thompson Show. He usually burns the Boys and can't stand Cowboy callers, but he gave them some respect. I was actually shocked by it. He might be a Skins homer, but I can't stop listening to those guys, lol.
