No, but almost.
Mehta said that he can usually spot a tumor just after he begins an operation. But while operating on Bhagat, Mehta saw something he had never encountered. As he cut deeper into Bhagat's stomach, gallons of fluid spilled out — and then something extraordinary happened.

There was a large pic of him on the frontpage of abcnews.com for a while. I was weirded out enough by it that I avoided that site for a few days.

I used to have a fairly large beer belly. So ofcourse I would get the occasional "are you pregnant" comment from various people. But I had a good comeback that went something like this.....
"Yes I am, and I'm having a baby elephant. You know how I know?........The trunk is already sticking out."
All my beer drinking brethren, feel free to use that for yourself.
