after discussion - refs call false start on C... dallas uses last
TO instead of taking clock run-offf.. dam al johnson....Testaverde's argument with the refs was that Ted Washington bumped into Al Johnson--as Washington was trying to get across the LOS before the snap. I wasn't focusing on the center and the DCBN didn't show a replay of the penalty, so I'm not sure if it was a good call by the ref.
