Here is what I feel the final divison will end.
Giants 8-8 they have a very hard schedule.
Cowboys 9-7 They have some very hard games between OCT thru Nov I feel they will go 500 at best
Redskins - 10-6 They have a very easy schedule. They play all their tough games at home.
Eagles - 10-6 they will win the divison. A very early easy schedule.

I disagree for the most part. NYG -- yeah, they've got the toughest schedule. Cowboys, our schedule is lopsided but our remaining opponents' winning percentage is well below 50%. If the Redskins play their tough games at home, that means their not-so-tough games are on the road, where they are more likely to lose. Their opponents winning percentage (from last year of course), is significantly above 50%. The Eagles do have an easy schedule. We'll see about them.

Still to early to tell.
But easy schedule??? please, it is still a tough schedule, and doesnt give THAT much of an advantage over the other NFCE teams.

This is just the first of 16 games, on and some of you are already putting out predictions for the season.
You can't gage anything in the NFC-East yet. Everyone played different teams that required different emphasis on OL/DL. Throw some early season mistakes and anxiety into the mix and you could come up with any combination.
The first game is Nothing more than a late pre-season game. Sure it counts, but there's still the possiblity of winning all of the remaining games or anywhere in between; and that could apply to any team in the NFC-East.
Premature.

To start the 2003season the Patriots lost the the Bills 0-31, right after they released Lawyer Milloy, and he signed with the Bills.
They went on the win the SuperBowl, which seems just a bit more important than Week ONE.

Good point. After week 5, I think, we'll have seen a number of head-to-head division matchups plus the other games. We'll have a pretty good idea by then.
